Easy to use

Arrange products with drag and drop, move several products together, or use a quick sort to organize a category or collection by sales, inventory, price, name, or date added. For large catalogs, the product grid can be paginated to make sorting easier.

Sort manually or automatically

Set a custom order for each category or collection, or choose a rule such as Best Selling, Newest, Lowest Price, or Inventory. Turn on daily automatic sorting for the categories or collections you choose, and set the time and timezone that work for your store.

Move out-of-stock products automatically

On Premium, Magic Sorter can move out-of-stock products to the bottom across your store. When those products are back in stock, the app restores them to their original positions. You can also hide out-of-stock products while working in the sorting grid.

Save and reuse product layouts

Save named snapshots for seasonal or promotional layouts, such as a holiday gift guide or a Black Friday collection. You can restore a saved layout when you need it, or schedule it to apply on a specific date, including a recurring date each year.

Backups and easy recovery

Magic Sorter automatically backs up sort runs, so you can restore a previous order if you don’t like the result. Backup retention and the number of snapshots and scheduled sorts depend on your plan.
